( 1 ) Order received:
Once we receive a customer's order, we log and confirm it in our system.

( 2 )   1-day waiting period:
We wait a full day before starting any work on an order. This gives the customer time to request a cancellation if necessary. And if customers wish to cancel their order within 24 hours, they can do so by clicking this      link  .

( 3 ) Order processing begins:
If no cancellation request is received within 24 hours, we will begin processing the order and send it to the manufacturing department. The order is processed within 4-5 business days.

 

( 4 ) Shipping and dispatch:
Once the order is processed, it is packed and handed over to our delivery partner. Tracking details are then shared with the customer.
