Shoes Pattern Design

This picture shows the shoe pattern. We select our own designs, and our aim is to cut the pattern in such a way that no customer feels uncomfortable while wearing Alvitto shoes.

Shoes Upper Cutting

This picture shows the cutting of the shoe. This is the second step. First, high-quality leather is selected. Then, the leather is cut according to the pattern.

Shoes Uppar Making

This photo shows the process of making the shoe upper. This is the third step, which involves sewing the upper of the shoe and joining its different parts; Stitching is also done where the parts join.

Shoes Hand Lasting

This picture shows how the upper part of the shoe is placed on the 'shoe last' and shaped. This step is called 'hand-lasting'.

Shoes Sole Pasting

This image shows how the shoe sole is attached. In this step, adhesive is applied to the sole; the sole is thoroughly cleaned before application, and adhesive is also applied to the bottom of the shoe. Subsequently, these parts are gently heated for a short time before the sole is attached to the shoe.

Finishing

This image shows the final finishing process after the shoe has been assembled. You can see the shoe undergoing finishing and inspection; loose threads are being trimmed, and the shoe is being cleaned. Finally, it will be packed in a box and shipped to the customer.
